LARP in any context but literal live action roleplaying
What I found interesting is that the word “larp” seems to have evolved into description of decidedly non-live action roleplaying, as in “larping an anarchist online”.
I sometimes wonder if the interet would be a better place if Berryman Logical Image Technique was real.
I think it at the very least didn’t, which broke federation with all GoToSocial instances, which has authfetch hardcoded. I think the “secure federation” from the PR I mentioned before is authfetch (?), but it’s unfinished if I understand correctly. And anyway it’s the library code, no idea if there are plans to use it in Lemmy itself any time soon.

Does it work with authfetch now? I’ve seen a merged pull request https://github.com/LemmyNet/activitypub-federation-rust/pull/39 but it’s WIP and it doesn’t look like I can see anything on an instance that I know has authfetch enabled.
