A wifi extender only lets you get further from your wireless access point. It won’t increase your speeds unless they’re slow because of a weak signal

Get one with a remote, then get a smart RF blaster. There’s the Broadlink RM4 that I’ll likely be going with in the future.
Or, you could get an ESP32 and an IR transmitter/receiver and use Esphome. Same concept, but completely local.
I wish they made an SFP. That would be perfect.
I stand by the Instinct. All of the smart features I need, and a 2 week battery life. I just wish they would release a model that doesn’t look like a G-Shock.
You’re thinking of calibrating the Z-offset. A heated nozzle would have no impact on auto bed leveling.
Also, you don’t calibrate the Z-offset with a heated nozzle. Thermal expansion is the reason you use a piece of paper in between the nozzle and bed.
Nope, totally different industry.
I work in the opposite environment now, and it’s great. Most people have been there for 15+ years, and the CEOs are super chill about everything, besides missing demo deadlines (which I get).
The company is very successful because everyone there is happy and not in constant fear of being fired.
If you’re bed leveling with a heated nozzle, you’re not doing it right.
I wouldn’t trust the temperature on those. They tend to have pretty high swing values. It’s similar to how people melt spools in the oven even if it’s set at the right temp.
You can get them from AliExpress for only a few bucks each, although I’ve made the switch to pi pico.
