He’s my favourite on Voyager along with Janeway.
He is the best.

I didn’t realise how much I was relying on his (lack of) hairline to recognise him, till I got to the bottom row and couldn’t figure out who the guy in the middle was.
This crew would spend all day in self-aggrandizing presentations and would never get anything else done.
