If you can have permission to change the files inside “Android/data/” with your script you can delete the files with a loop and “rm -rf {cache folder}”
Hmmm… Either root your phone and do this via a termux script (using the other user’s suggestion), or grab the Newpipe source code from Github and build this functionality into the app for yourself?
I’m curious as to why you’re interested in doing this, if you don’t mind sharing…
App constantly gets stuck in spots. Clearing the cache makes it immediately start playing without issues.
I think that the best thing to do now is to report the bug on github
