1 year agoIt must be in a locked, hard sided case. You let TSA inspect it, then you get to keep the keys and they do not. It’s a common(?) trick for photographers with thousands of dollars of camera equipment to put a starter pistol in the camera case.
It also allows you to login without someone visually observing your password while typing it on a keyboard or on an untrusted device that could have a keylogger.
