Finished the Switch remaster a couple years ago and the ending hit me with a wave of existentialism. I’m kinda glad I played as an adult, I don’t think I would’ve been emotionally developed enough as a kid to appreciate it
IT’S DANGEROUS
Also, perceived contrast varies widely between the different types of LCD monitors
As an engineer, I always thought they were going for that stereotype of “smart engineers mess up on the simplest social skills”, but I never really felt like Mile’s relationship mistakes were that bad at all, and they DEFINITELY didn’t call for the kinds of reactions that Keiko had.
What did they take out of the free version?

Lmao. There was an asklemmy some time ago about what would you ask your cat given the chance it could understand you.
I wanna know what PLA tastes like vs. PETg vs. ABS…
People who own cats and 3D printers – how?
Does the moving tool-head not drive them crazy?
I’d love to know if you find out anything that helps, I have a similar issue with PETG where the nozzle clogs up during 50% of filament changes. I have to completely dismantle the head to clear the blockage. It’s incredibly frustrating
Yeah it’s called RepRap
Year One and Long Halloween to get some origin lore, then the Arkham Saga Omnibus
Gives me more time to read the comics
I can’t see Lego being able to continue with their high prices much longer. Not only are good quality 3D printers becoming cheaper, they’re becoming more accessible and many US public libraries have them (don’t believe me? check your local library’s website). Even in my fairly conservative town, a kid can walk into the library and print a 6"-tall Charmander for free (well, technically paid for by parents’ taxes, but only a minimal portion). 3D printers still give the satisfaction of building something, since it’s not exactly a single-click-of-the-mouse process, and the results are frankly more useful than Lego models, especially as toys.
Jiggling your mouse to keep your status from going to Idle
Nah but ever since I learned how to program industrial robots at my job, I’ve dreamt of a 100% automated coffee making system that has a scientifically perfect cup of coffee waiting for me when I come down the stairs in the morning
Ah, well then it sounds like a lot of the new stuff just doesn’t go along with your tastes/play style. Nothing wrong with that. Meanwhile, I can’t help but explore every square inch, so the Korok seeds are a nice bonus for that; and I’m an engineer so I like coming up with crazy alternative solutions to the Hudson puzzles and shrines
it feels like I’m just playing BotW 2.0 instead of a proper sequel
Really? Sure, they carried over some assets and the shape of the overworld map is the same… but most of the stuff ON the map, the chasm map, the sky map, cave systems, new abilities, a crafting system that makes the durability mechanic suck less, new characters, new ways of earning korok seeds, the president hudson puzzles, the shrines are all different (and overall more difficult, thankfully) … there’s so much new, unique stuff in this game that it’s sometimes overwhelming to me, and I 100%ed BOTW twice. I think you’re over-fixating on the fact that the games have the same engine.
and TV shows… and later a Mario movie (the better one)…
Guess I was just too excited to be more descriptive lol
