Nice! Love me some ssbm
It looks great and ill try it out. I just dont like that its going to be 30 fps when the original was 60. And it doesn’t appear that they changed the game all that much. I hope im wrong and they have some extra features like they did with the other paper mario game. That was really fun to play. The original Gamecube one with mods is a LOT of fun to play.
I have a real name account and a couple of one off accounts.
I heard that there is a person making a bot to pull all linked comments/posts to the Anti AI license stuff as a joke. To train a LLM and create more comments.
This is a strange world.
The tool is pretty easy to compile: https://github.com/Mr-Wiseguy/N64Recomp/issues/20
The issue is getting the elf and assets files. z64 files are easy to get/find/generate. Thats about all I know.
I was able to get the Zelda one working via compiling the tool with the assets. With the new tooling, has anyone been able to get any other games working?
Thats a name I haven’t heard in a loooong time.
I remember hooking into the API: https://community.jaspersoft.com/knowledgebase/getting-started/getting-started-rest-web-service-api/
Its a good place to start after you build a couple of reports.
Wesnoth has always been pretty good.
I was just able to compile the project. The comments on the asm are kinda amazing. It’s really detailed.
It’s a fun little console. Onion works really well.
I got mine off amazon because of the return policy. But you can get it on AliExpress as someone else stated. Its their official listing from what I understand.
Looks like comments dont work from a mastodon post. Oh well.
If anyone wants to take a look: https://github.com/XK9274/wesnoth/releases/tag/v2.0 Big shout out to XK and Vitty85 on discord for helping me and doing a majority of the work.
Loved it on PC. Great game.
Archive.org is such a good service.
Thanks for all the hard work so the rest of us can enjoy.
There was a hackaday where someone did that…but it was terrible audio quality from what I remember. Cool idea though.
Super Mario RPG. Fun game. Looking forward to tyd. I could not afford the full price but our local library has them all.
Good thing you did this!
From what I understand they are all partners. I’ve had a couple respond to my comments. I hope it’s not stolen.
I love seeing this kind of stuff. New games for evergreen consoles.
Nice looks great.
