Yeah that occurred to me as well. Then I immediately think that maybe we need ☆one more language☆ to fix this. And then I remember that one xkcd comic…

Absolutely true, it was more of a joke because Python is being used for pretty much anything today. I really don’t want to mess with correct indentation in my terminal.
The line between configuration is very messy anyways. So many projects abuse YAML as a domain specific language. Looking at you, HomeAssistant and ESPHome!
I’ll look into that, thank you!
Out of curiosity, how did you solve that software wise? I was planning to do the same thing with my old MFP. Are you just using CUPS and SANE?
Ah, great. Another crypto grab.
Oh and you also need a decently sized stone crusher for all your failed attempts and speedbenchies.
Also if you read through it, many were quite minor and often revolved about making it more visually clear to the user that a chosen action might have a security impact.
Yes! There’s a git plugin for obsidian that supposedly works very nicely. Obsidian runs locally, on desktop and mobile and also offline which is super nice. Not opensource, but all your stuff is kept in a normal folder and all notes are regular markdown. The devs have pledged to make it opensource should they ever abandon the project.

The algorithm has put us in a group of similar interests I guess, haha! Your design looks very neat (and strong too)!
Looks cool! Designing my own printer has been on my practically infinite list of projects for a long time, so it’s nice to see you do yours.
I recently stumbled upon a video series you might enjoy about designing 3d printed parts creatively and with the full possibilities of 3d printed geometries in mind. Careful, it has rabbithole potential!
I’d say no you can’t do that. It is missing a neutral connector entirely and there is no way it could preserve all functionality if it were possible to configure another port as the neutral phase connector. And as a tiny size is the most important aspect of it’s design, I wouldn’t expect there to be an internal circuit that would allow a reconfiguration like that, even if the number of connectors were not the limit.
If you want to use one with a neutral connection, choose the appropriate product.
No no, you are understanding this right. Both do pretty much the same thing and neither is truely better or worse than the other. ZHA seems to be the more user friendly option and Zigbee2MQTT the more involved one. But then again plenty of happy users with either of those two. It just doesn’t matter much. If you already have a ton of Tasmota Wifi devices that use MQTT, then using Zigbee2MQTT may be more familiar to you.
Wow that’s super cool! Thanks for sharing!
Looks neat! Do you have more details you can share about your HVAC system? What are you measuring, what are your actors?
Maybe add NFTs into the mix too. But don’t tell wsb and the GME gang.
Very neat idea!
