I absolutely love the big screen so I’m Pro all the way. At first I was worried about it being bulky in my pocket but it’s not as big of a deal as I thought. I don’t think I can go back to a smaller screen

At first I thought there was a LoZ board game I didn’t know about!
Lmao, so sorry. I had a total brain fart. I backed the Dead Cells board game which is also based off a mobile game and didn’t realize the quick association I made when I commented
I did! I’m not a big player of Dead Cells but the tabletop gameplay seemed very interesting and varied
Edit: wow, total brain fart. I associated a mobile app board game with another lol ignore my comment, k thx
I love to research new games to death. I’ll read pdfs of rules, purchase them, look for expansions, etc. But I don’t play as often as I would like. I don’t have a group of friends and I mainly play with my SO. The games that hit the table most often are light to medium weight and games that work well with 2 players. I’ve loved games since I was a kid and have trouble culling my collection, but sometimes I exhaust my enthusiasm unfortunately.
I’ve had a lot of success with Mantis. Very easy to learn and just watching a few turns is enough for someone to understand how to play. It’s cutthroat enough that keeps players engaged, and a good balance of skill and luck so that anyone can win. Rounds only last about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast turns are taken. The components is just a deck of cards, but does need some table space to spread different cards out so everyone can see
I used it for everything! It was always a nice surprise to learn how different apps would implement 3D Touch.
