Completely off topic: I now dry all of my filament for about 10 hours in a cheap food dehydrator before I print. Print quality is 1000x better.

Ahh I have no experience with that so I will bow out to the experts.
Is there an extra PWM slot on the motherboard? You might be able to set that particular PWM in the BIOS if so. You could also use the splitter the noctua provides and piggy back off of another fan.
Does that have a built in filament dryer? I know 90% of my issues are solved by drying my filament
