TNG was great, I used to watch it on TV with my mom and now I enjoy just turning on a random episode.
I’m just amazed by the amount of Star Trek content on lemmy. I didn’t know so many people still liked it.
All apple cables and adapters are overpriced. People should just buy new cables. It takes the same amount of time to plug/unplug an adapter and a cable.
The last time I tried to copy multiple large videos from iPhone to PC it failed multiple times so I ended up just syncing with dropbox.
Its been on macbooks since 2015 on the small one with the 12” screen.
Or the mini will become the new SE? I don’t even bother keeping up with phone releases any more. As long as you have a phone that came out in the past few years you are fine.
Tile is the closest but it has a much smaller user base since it depends on people having the tile app installed. Airtags pickup on most iphones since most people have “Find My” enabled.
Yeah probably, I was planning to try it on a 2015 macbook air which is already getting a bit sluggish.
I heard about something called Open Core Legacy Patcher the other day which is supposed to allow updates for older macbooks but I have not tried it yet.
Google does good photos and image processing. My last Pixel was the 3 and it initially took better pics after 2 years than the latest iPhone that replaced it. After a while I got used to the camera and other iOS settings.
