I mean yeah, but also that’s the worst dystopian nightmare I’ve ever heard.
“How can I change my desktop background?” “There are four ways to change your desktop background, which would you like to hear more about?”

These clowns can’t make all your settings in one place.
Until Strange New World came out, Orville was my favorite Trek since TNG.
Remember that one episode where they say: “Risa Jar Jar Binks!”.
Yeah, it’s that.
I think this is because TNG had a very serious tone, and very ridiculous plots. Surface level they spent a lot of time adjusting shirts and trying to act prim and respectful with horns and orchestra in the background, then someone turns into a spider.
I think this causes people to see different things in it.
Lower Decks is amazing, and Strange New Worlds is also amazing. They did a crossover episode that was amazing.
I refuse to pay for Paramount on a consistent basis, and it’s frustrating canceling and resubscribing anytime a new show comes out.
I’m just not ready to call the N64 ‘retro’. I mowed lawns for months to buy that thing.
It was a serious problem for a long time. Late 90’s/early 2000’s E3 and game shows were greasy.
I remember gaming magazines running whole sections just on the “best booth babes” of the season.
