You had an opportunity to put Morn and Norm on there and you failed. We are getting a divorce Paul.

I understand, honey. To be completely honest? I’ve been seeing an interdimensional being named Hugh behind your back. I’ll take the Engineering and Science labs in the divorce. You can take anything else.

It was something to do with the 30th anniversary of Star Trek in 1996. I didn’t watch it live.

man Voyager really scored when they landed Kate Mulgrew, she is a classy babe and a half… and she was so awesome for that role, Janeway is a great captain character…

SOOOO glad that the person they initially hired for the role couldn’t deal with the pace of the shooting schedule. Getting Mulgrew last minute just makes it even more awesome!

wow what good fortune… i always thought she did a really enlightened job of showing the difficulty of balancing the authority against the compassion, which was so important in that situation… and just like Stewart, she knows how to convey the impression of really understanding the command chair… they’re both great…

          Right?

Here’s the story about her getting the job: https://screenrant.com/star-trek-voyager-original-captain-janeway-genevieve-bujold/

well Genvieve Bujold would not have sucked either probably, she’s pretty great… but it’s a great Hollywood sort of story, and i’m glad for Mulgrew because she got the chance to show off…
