I love it. Fight Club is one of my favourite books and movies.
One of the few instances where the movie is on par, quality wise, with the novel.
Even Chuck Palahniuk thought the movie was better than the book:
“I was sort of embarrassed of the book because the movie had streamlined the plot and made it so much more effective and made connections that I had never thought to make.”
And cut some needless stuff, like the body fat being Marla’s ‘inheritance.’
One of the extremely rare cases where the Chinese government censorship makes the movie closer to the book.
